Friends say how well i look

I have had three separate sets of Sculptra injections. After the first set I could not see any difference. A few weeks following the second set I had friends saying they could see improvements and how well I was looking.

Then I had the third set and over the following weeks one of my friends asked another friend if i had had a face lift. I looked in the mirror one morning whilst getting ready for the day and suddenly said to myself 'omigod' it is working and I could actually see it.

The gentleman responsible for this change was Dr David Evans in Hove who is very gentle and explains everything he is doing and he is assisted by his lovely wife Jean.

Sculptra has really worked for me

At the moment and for the next few years this treatment has taken away any thoughts of having a facelift.

I looked at myself and my life closely last year as I was coming up to 50, I was not impressed with myself, I looked snappy, too thin, scrawny and tired looking.

I went on to have 'Sculptra' I had 3 sessions a month apart. The treatment comprised of injections that stimulate the collagen, tighten and lift the whole face. The effects last 2 to 3 years. It expensive but absolutely worth it. At the moment and for the next few years this treatment has taken away any thoughts of having a facelift.

I hope this magic will last !!!

As you know, I had three consecutive treatments during the last half of 2006 and, as a result, truly feel that I have got my face back. I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the results I have had with Sculptra™, over the last few months.

After my mid thirties, following childbirth and ensuing weight loss, I noticed a gradual, yet noticeable, loss of shape to my face. My cheeks sank and my skin began to fold, casting unattractive shadows across my face, which was exaggerated by certain types of light, day or night.

Now, following Sculptra™ treatment in my mid forties, I have a more rounded and youthful appearance to my face and when I look in the mirror, I believe that the person I am is the one that still smiles back.

I have people saying to me that my skin looks fresher

I have had two treatments and am eagerly awaiting the third.

After two Sculptra™ treatments, the change is particularly noticeable around my chin area where I had deep lines - they are still there but not as deep as they were. I have people saying to me that my skin looks fresher and someone had the cheek to ask if I had had anything done as I looked younger! I can also feel the difference on my face.

I think that because the treatment takes a while to really stimulate the collagen, the difference is more subtle and all of a sudden you realise that it is fairly noticeable, rather like a reverse ageing process. When I looked at the ‘before’ photos I realised just how much of an improvement the Sculptra™ has made. We get used to our faces but I definitely feel more confident about my looks since the Sculptra treatment.

Delighted with Sculptra

I was so delighted with the results of my course of treatments with Sculptra™ I felt compelled to write to tell you.

I am 51 years old and had quite a lot of wrinkles, three courses of Sculptra™ have transformed my face, it now looks plumper and younger, whilst the lines are still there they are considerably reduced giving an extremely natural youthful look to my face. many people have remarked on my 'well being' but as it was a gradual process no-one has any idea I have had help!
